We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. Fairytale surroundings, a lot of snow, a very pretty village, relaxed people, polite and helpful.The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the village ,close to the slopes, plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.The staff is very nice and helpful. A big hug for Hanna from the reception who bailed us out in the morning when our flight was postponed and we had to come back to the hotel. She helped us ,canceling our checkout and let us go back to our room . Who would do that? Remarkable!Thank you Hanna, we'll never forget you!
