Very clean and well designed rooms. Centrally located with the station and town center and easy walk away. Warm and friendly service Veera, Rita and Isabella were helpful and friendly. Hope to see them in India sometime. We'll be back for the Northern Lights

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Location was fantastic, close to main attractions yet in a peaceful area. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and top-notch service!

great resort and facilities! we used the sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi continuously. The idea of a jacuzzi with a view of the forest outside was wonderful! The dinner was of very high quality. We were also impressed by their quick response when they saw that the trail to the jacuzzi and entrance was slightly icy. They immediately took care of it by laying small pebbles along the way.

Amazing nature.

Amazing nature. Too much ads about all the hassle activities. Just 15 min out from city there is amazing nature! People were friendly welcoming and honest. Spoke good English. Restaurants clean and menus in English. With taxi have to be very careful.

We loved feeding reindeer at the Santa Claus village and...

We loved feeding reindeer at the Santa Claus village and heating sausages on the outdoor fire, along with drinking hot chocolate! We loved the 2km husky sled rides too and the hiking trails in Vattunki Wilderness resort. Glow in the dark arctic mini golf was so fun too as was enjoying the views over the river in the snow. We also loved the Sushi buffet in Luckiefuns! We were sad to miss seeing inside the church though!

There could have been a Sauna Elf to accompany us to the...

There could have been a Sauna Elf to accompany us to the sauna and guide us through the jacuzzi, like at Apukka Resort. Now it was slippery outside and we had to fumble to open the rope in the dark as the lights only came on at the door...and it would be difficult to open the pool with female power, since we are both over 603 years old...

Rovaniemi is an expensive city.

Rovaniemi is an expensive city. Tourist activities are overpriced for what they offer. It's easy to explore on foot, and public transport works well, both to the airport and to Santa Claus Village. It has a good variety of restaurants, but they are also expensive. The local food is very good.
