This property was a dream. It is a more secluded location, we didn’t have any tours booked so that we could just enjoy the facilities and pools. It did not disappoint. This property is on the more luxury side of pricing, however everything has been thought about. We had a lagoon view Bure and the staff managed to collect us regularly via a buggy as reception and the main restaurants were a long walk away. Perfect for honeymooners or couples seeking privacy. The adults only pool was a dream. Spent most of our time there.

As a large family group of 2 grandparents, 6 adult children and 3 grandkids, the resort was excellent and catered for all ages. A great selection of 4 pools, beautiful beach, 2 superb restaurants and a large buffet restaurant, plus other eateries. Various shops and bars. Night time entertainment, fire dancers were excellent, grandson amazed that "he ate fire"! Water sport activities, catamaran, kayaks, jumping inflatable. Relaxing spa, 9 hole golf course with Plantation island golf balls so they're all the same! Boats available for a quick trip to Cloudbreak and other surf breaks. Cloud 9 floating bar. We did it all and it was all amazing.

Beautiful island with Sandy beaches and clear warm oceans a 50minute Mlalolo Cat ride from Port Denaru Transfers from Nadi airport to Port Denaru included in price. Seamless journey with Fijian welcome at Plantation Island. Thoroughly recommend for a family holiday.

A luxury resort in a lovely setting with great staff who are very attentive and could not do enough for us. The food is great and is served in their restaurant by the pool. The rooms are very clean and well maintained with everything you need. They use an electric vehicle to take you to the other resorts on the island and are always willing to drop you off or pick you up. There is snorkeling off the beach or you can take the free trip which is out to a sandbar daily.

I was lucky as I sailed there, and saw much of Fiji from the water. This has to be the best way. Stunning islands and reefs. Beautiful benches all over the place. Great for diving and snorkeling and sailing.

Lovely sandy beach, large outdoor swimming pool, well equipped room. We stayed in a Garden Villa room with beds downstairs for the children and an upstairs mezzanine master bedroom with ensuite. Booking ferry transfers was easy though the hotel and it all worked seamlessly. A cyclone blew through while we were staying and the staff were well organised and provided breakfast food in advance for the morning the restaurants were closed. The little plunge pool on the patio was excellent.

Everything, all the small touches, from the welcome coconuts to the free daily activities to the farewell song. This hotel and its staff go above and beyond and you will get great value out of the stay. The food, service and environment was also leaps and bounds better than what we experienced on the main island - particularly at double tree which we would highly recommend avoiding. Skip the main island and head straight to Lomani. You will not regret it!

Plantation island lives up to its standard every time. However the beds are rock hard. This would probably stop us from returning after 7 years. We stayed at another hotel in our way home and the difference was night and day. My back was in pain for the full 7 nights at PI

Staff and beautiful beach. All the staff seem to be well trained to accommodate guests well. It was great. The beautiful and calm beach gave me very rich private time. Some hotel’s free activities were very interesting, cava ceremony and cooking.
