Owners are so welcoming! You can feel how they love their place and want you to love it too. It is a perfect and comfortable stay for two people, with all the necessities in the kitchen and laundry. Location is really good, don’t worry that it is a bit off the main attractions. It is not a big deal, but the road to the village is worth a turn. The owner said about their plans for further development — can’t wait to come back and see!

The apartment was a comfortable base for exploring Faroe Islands. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. It was a safe haven we returned to with pleasure after a day of hiking. Gudny was always available to answer all our questions and his brother even replied from a fishing boat in the North Sea :) All in all, it was a very good experience. Thank you!

Lovely accommodation and a truly unique experience! The house is cozy and beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped with everything one needs, however it is the view what makes the place truly magical. Communication with the host was good, John was responsive and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, we would love to go back some day.

Stayed at Terje’s property for 4 nights in May. The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for all 4 days. There are even oven supplies to bake a cake if you wanted. There is also a playground right outside the house that we were allowed access to - our 2yo loved this and played there twice a day. Terje was very considerate, he prepared high chair and cot for our needs. He is also very friendly and we had many great conversations with him about the Faroe Islands. Our favourite spot was the “glass dining area”, we ate all our meals there whilst admiring the views. The fireplace also makes it very cosy when it is cold. The surroundings of the house are so beautiful, makes for a good morning stroll.

The hosts are amazing! They let me try some local culinary delicacies that you might not find at a restaurant, and that are part of the Faroese tradition, having evolved through the centuries as responses to the harsh, yet blessed and plentiful environment. You have a hot jacuzzi and a sauna just outside the apartment's door, above the slope facing the fjord. It is so energizing and relaxing, in the same, time to be able to contemplate the changing lights in the sky, and the fishing village in front. The apartment is very relaxing, and totally private because facing the fjord. Anyway, local people mind their own life and do not oogle at you. There is also a bbq! everything is to be liked there. The owner gifted me with tasty halibut which I enjoyed immensely!
