Wonderful place, we had a room with an amazing view to the Mont Saint-Michel - great location! Cozy and stylish room with a comfortable mattress. The garden near the house is from the fairytale <3 The owner was very nice and helpful. Tatiana a Thibault shared with us ideas of local activities. On the day of arrival, Thibault prepared for us tasty snacks and wine for dinner. The breakfast from the local products was also very tasty. Can only recommend this incredible place. The location was just perfect, near the river and the promenade which leads directly to Le Mont Saint Michel. We could easily walk there in an hour or so. There were also many cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a little cottage inside of a beautiful garden where our kids could play and run. There is also a small public kids playground next to the river right behind the hotel. They also prepare breakfast to take away, we could take it with us to the cottage which was easier with the kids. Very nice stay indeed.

We arrived by train and took the shuttle bus to the island.

We arrived by train and took the shuttle bus to the island. From the island it was a bit of a walk (40 mins) with luggage through the fields to reach the hotel. If you're by car/have a bike, this hotel is a good option. If you are - like we were - just walking, it is a bit far to reach the shuttle and restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, pleasant and quiet. Very helpful staff.

We went to Mont St Michel and thought Ardevon would be close...

We went to Mont St Michel and thought Ardevon would be close. It's ok but there are other places for accommodation closer to Mont St Michel. We would recommend Les Galette Restaurant at Beauvoir which is on the main road. Great food, great vibes for couples and families. Address: 3 Rte du Mont Saint-Michel, 50170 Beauvoir, France

The apartment can be better described as hotel room with shared kitchen/dinning room and private bathroom. Kitchen/dinning room is for guests use only (not shared with the host). Room is of average size with spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. We took a ground floor room with terrace which was nice. Breakfast was average but good enough to start a day. Coffee/tea was available throughout the day. Considering location car is a must. Free parking available on site.

Family of 3 stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was the perfect location to get to the parking area for Mont St Michel shuttles (by car about 4min, walking with kids about 30min). It had beautiful views and we got to enjoy watching the sheep being herded from the fields. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in the superior triple room on the main floor. Very clean, comfortable. I would defiantly stay again if ever in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Ardevon. Patricia was a kind and welcoming host. The location is stunning, with Mont Saint-Michel in the background. A decent breakfast and a surprise visit from a flock of sheep made our stay even more memorable.
