The space felt airy and modern (recently refurbished) with big windows and beautiful views. Importanly, the pictures on the website are accurate. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were perfect. The home felt secure, the neighbourhood feels safe and neighbours downstairs are sweet. The staff have good attention to detail - everything was in its place. The owner, Eva, was helpful and kind. First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice!! The bedroom decor is ok! It's not your 5* palace but it's well worth the cost. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast for €7 is simple but worth it. The shower is basic and a bit smallish BUT plenty of pressure and hot water, not like other places we have stayed at around the world where they run out of hot water!

The room is very good, a big space. The location is very good, very close to the sanctuary and city center. 15 minutes walking from Lourdes train station. Breakfast is very good also, with a few options for a perfect and efficient one. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the guests, we even had recommendations about the city. The restaurant's staff was also very pleasant. I went with my mother and my friend for the toussant's holiday, we stayed two nights.
