A really interesting old townhouse that has been brought back to life with care, style and a touch of quirkiness and humour. We were fortunate to be able to stay in a larger room than we had originally booked and it was really wonderful. Large comfortable bed and great pillows (including rectangular ones which we prefer to the large square French ones). Fantastic bathroom with large shower enclosure. All done with beautiful taste - even down to the reproduction light switches but also up to date with USB sockets in the same style. Lots of interesting spaces around the house and garden where you can sit quietly and read a book. Breakfast was fresh and generous and served on beautiful old crockery with proper napkins - nothing was too much trouble. Our hosts were both welcoming and helpful - and we enjoyed their two friendly Dachshunds too. Fantastic location for exploring the Pyrenees within easy reach of the high mountain passes (Tourmalet, Aubisque, Aspin) and also Lourdes or through the Bielsa tunnel to lovely Ainsa in Spain. The icing on the cake for us was the secure parking garage around the corner - which was the perfect town centre solution for our soft top Morgan.

Beautiful loft with nice decor. It has everything you need. The place is also spotless clean. The bedrooms have no aircon but the aircon in the living room can keep the entire apartment cool. There are nice restaurants and interesting attractions nearby. Morgane the hostess is also helpful and responsive. We will be back if we visit Bagnères-de-Bigorre again. Thank you Morgane.

There is a great food market on Saturday, I wish I could have stayed in the area for longer to justify buying more local goods from the artisans ( cheeses, meats, breads etc. Many local walks up into the hills around the town start from the centre , just make sure you bring your walking boots. Even the relatively short walk up to the Virgin Mary is worth it. And of course a dip in the thermal spa/ public baths is well worth it.

Bagneres-de Bigorre is a place of healing and chambre des Pamlmier is the perfect place to stay. With only two rooms it is a quiet retreat in a beautiful setting, yet close walking distance to the town. The hostess Christine goes out of her way to make guests comfortable. Age accommodated my gluten free and lactose free needs. The spa in Bagneres de Bigorre is worth a visit and I recommend bringing an extra towel. The mountains are spectacular and if you’re a cyclist this is a dream spot.

This villagew is amazingly fantastic based on all the differnt things they offer and it's centrally located to go to many different activities including river rafting, climbing, hiking, anything at all you may want is here. In addition you'll need to go to Pic Du Midi highest mountain of the Pyrennes and Lourdes etc... everything is 30 minutes by car. Fantastic location

A charming, lively yet peaceful town.

A charming, lively yet peaceful town. Many very affordable restaurants offer local cuisine. Parking in the town center is paid, but you'll find a spot after a 300-meter walk! Explore the region within a 30 km drive: short walks around the lakes, nearby thermal baths, etc.

It's a small town with all kinds of amenities, such as restaurants, shops, and a train station. The buildings are characteristic of the early 20th century. The town is also very well located in a rural setting, very close to ski resorts, the Pyrenees mountains, and Lourdes.

A lovely, well-maintained town with a beautiful collection of well-renovated old houses from different periods. A very good place to eat: Chez Juliette. A magnificent golf course 5 minutes from the town center with splendid views of the peak, mountains, and hills, and an ideal terrace.

Vanille café chocolat offers independent rooms in the same building. The room I stayed was very nicely decorated and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. I did self-check in and check-out which is very convenient. The location is great, right in the centre of Bagnères de Bigorre, which is a very nice small town, and there is a public parking nearby, which is very convenient.

Stunning views of snow capped mountains, green foothills and Bagnères-de-Bigorre in the valley below. Fully equipped kitchen for preparing an evening meal and cosy sofa and TV. Welcoming and helpful hosts, with lots of local knowledge about places to visit such as local caves to Pic du Midi. So relaxing to drink morning coffee in bed looking out on a på arama of the mountains.

Very close to town centre, and Bagnères-de-Bigorre is convenient for Pyrenees sights etc. The house is impressive and the garden is lovely. Free parking just around the corner. Fanny is a very friendly, helpful host, and helpful with restaurant recommendations - L’Assiette de Juliette is super. And we loved La Courte Echelle !
