A perfect hideaway which we cant wait to return to for a longer stay. Superb room with everything you could want. Beautiful grounds and a quite exceptional property which has been sympathetically renovated. Cyril and his wife were very welcoming and could not be more obliging. The Table d'hotes was fantastic and very reasonably priced with excellent wine choices. Also great local beers. Very relaxing.

We were just amazed at just how nice this property was! The couple that runs it is so amazing with all the nice touches. They made room in their garage so we could park our motorcycles out of the weather. The breakfast was hearty and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. It was a special stay that we will never forget.

This village has managed to retain its authentic character. The shops are carefully selected, with no tourist traps. The restaurants are good, with a special mention for Le Cygne Blanc for its warm welcome, the view, and the quality of the food. The beach is pleasant for families, with sandy shores.

Picturesque, medieval. The village has stood still in time. Charming alleyways are perfect for strolling, and the photo spots are countless. The locals are helpful and patient, and there are numerous local shops.

Picturesque village well worth a visit.

Picturesque village well worth a visit. Pedestrian-only during the summer with parking at the entrance. Ideal for hiking along the Ardèche river. Excellent restaurant on the riverbank.

Calm and tranquil with an amazing view of the Ardèche. Well separated from the other 6 cabins in a large area, so there was no disturbance from others. Owned and managed by a local family, who have great local knowledge. 5 minutes on foot to Balazuc, which is a lovely village with lots of places to eat out - if you don’t want to drive, you could happily spend a week here enjoying the village and the river.

In the convenient heart of Balazuc, Maison du Troubadour is a credit to the hosts - a conversion that reflects style, taste, thoughtful design that’s a nod to its rich history and space galore for the four of us. Amenities are plentiful and it was a pleasure to stay here, relax and explore this hidden gem of a village and surrounds. The little courtyard provides a nice space for lunch.

Well equipped and located gite with beautiful views across vineyards and only a 5 min stroll into Balazuc village with bars/restaurants. The pool was great and the owners very helpful. Voie Verte is a great dedicated cycle route into Vogue or Ruoms and lots of great summer day and night markers in easy driving distance. We’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings were so tranquil and it was great being able to easily walk into Balazuc town. The cabin is simple but has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Christelle was a very helpful and kind host. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and we loved it. Our treehouse had so much privacy and was completely surrounded by nature. If you want something special, this is the place. And a bonus: the little village nearby, Balazuc, is an absolute gem!
