All of the staff were very friendly. We arrived three hours before the earliest check in time but our room was ready and they kindly let us in. Location was perfect. Both tram lines and many bus lines stop 100 m away from the hotel. Hotel interior is modern and clean and their beds are very confy. They didn't have coffee machine nor instant coffees in the room which are usually available in other hotels but that is a tiny issue. I can truly recommend Ibis hotel for your stay in Besançon.

I liked this place, it was in the middle of the old town. On foot, within a few minutes, you would reach all the interesting spots you would look for. Furthermore it has it’s own and safe parking just in the location, and it’s easy reachable by car or bike. Especially the hosting was fantastic. The recetionist contacted me in advance to ensure, every thing would work fine on my arrival. Thanks for the stay and the kindness.

Really cute rooms. Our room for a family of 4 opened up to a little courtyard. Easy parking. Really lovely staff! Quiet location but easy to access the 'downtown' area. If we're ever in Besancon again, we'll definitely stay here again! Also, we enjoyed breakfast here in the morning. Couldn't have been easier. Lovely spread of eggs, bacon, ham, pastries, cheese and breads with fresh juice and tea/coffee. We also had dinner at the restaurant but thought it was a little expensive.

Loved this place for a layover from cycling. The staff welcome was fantastic, bikes storage brilliant, strong wifi, and continental breakfast very good. We loved the room decor and the location was superb to walkabout the old town. Wod stay here again in a heartbeat, thanks team.

Nice place close to the town centre. Parking was secure and reasonable price. Breakfast was not as good as we had elsewhere on the trip. We booked in here last minute as the original hotel was very poor
