I loved this property which is situated in a perfect position within the beautiful village of Bize-Minervois. We had a family home here from 1973 until 2020 and have been looking for the perfect place to stay when we frequently return and have now found it. The property appears to have been very recently renovated to a very high standard indeed. Kitchen, bath and shower rooms all lovely. It also has a sun terrace and a lovely little balcony overlooking the street and church. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We really can't wait to go back as soon as possible! There was parking right outside and easy access to the river, bar and shops. A great find for us, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this fabulous part of France. Last but not least, it has fabulous gigabit internet which was very useful to keep up with work.

It is a fantastic place. Well located in the center of the village. Great and well furnished room with all comfort. Fresh, spacious and perfectly clean. Quality bed linen. Fantastic pool. The swimming pool area where you could just relax and talk to people who stay there. Bedrooms were good maybe with a few little modernisation would be athletically pleasing. As we were not going to be spending much time there was fine. Lovely views of the mountains and a great area which could be made even better for the children, badminton, archery, trampolining and a few other outdoor games all in a gated area so we felt very safe. Lovely little seating areas around too. The contenetial breakfast was an added bonus delivered outside your door every morning, breads, pastry, jams, yoghurt, milk etc.

For our trip to Spain the location was ideal and the hotel provided an exceptional overnight experience. The stylish design is relaxing and completely in keeping with the restoration of the building. With a superb restaurant there is an opportunity to relax in a charming outdoor setting and enjoy fantastic service and dining. Breakfast is individually ordered and presented in the same location. Absolutely first class.

Very good welcome. Nice room with comfortable bed. Quiet and comfortable. Good restaurant recommendation as hotel restaurant closes Sunday and Monday nights. Very good choose ahead breakfast. Would happily recommend.
