We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely house! Although the owner was out of town while we were there, we communicated several times via SMS. I always received a prompt, helpful and friendly reply. The key was easy to find in a lockbox at the front door. The reserved parking space is directly in front of the house. The entire house was very clean and comfortable, and seemed recently renovated. Although it is not that big, it has a very spacious feel to it. The house is decorated lovingly and is a nice alternative to staying in an anonymous hotel. It has the feeling of being in someone’s private home. There are unique and interesting decorations in little nooks and corners that we were still discovering after a few days in the house. In several places wood beams, and sections of brick and stone walls from the original structure were left visible, giving it a charming character. The bottom floor is an open kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen had everything we needed. The glass door and windows let in lots of light. In the corner is a bookshelf with some games and books as well as a guitar. Outside is a terrace with a large table and a grill. The middle and the top floor each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Both bedrooms have plenty of space for storing clothing and other items. Both bathrooms are large and have a separate room for the toilet, allowing privacy when sharing the bathroom. There is a shower in the bathroom on the top floor and a bathtub with a showerhead in the bathroom on the middle floor. The water pressure everywhere was very good. The middle floor has a small laundry room. The floor in the hallway on the middle floor is somewhat slanted, which gives the hallway sort of a funhouse feeling, but also added to the charm of the house. The floors in the rest of the rooms are level. In sum, we are very satisfied with our stay in this cozy house and would happily stay there again when visiting the area. We highly recommend it.

A quiet stay in the countryside, surrounded by green fields and fresh air. Peaceful mornings, and a simple, relaxing escape from the city. Marie and Nelly were great hosts. It’s a short drive to Dinan and 30 minute drive to Saint Malo and Dinard.

Nice and recently renovated hotel in the port of Dinan with a wonderful outdoor pool (with heated warer) and jacuzzi. Please note that the port area is another center of Dinan in addition to the old town area, which are equally nice. It is also worth to stay in the port area as it is also full of good restaurants. The hotel has a spacious and accessible free private parking lot, where it was easy to park even with a minivan.

Ideally located and with a car park right next to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and creperies nearby - just a few yards away! Very nice staff who gave great advice and made us feel very welcome in beautiful Dinan. Modern and immaculate bedrooms - walk in showers too. Very good breakfast indeed.
