We traveled as a family and rented several rooms in this amazing house close to Mont-Saint -Michelle castle . What a wonder place it was ! Beautiful rooms with everything you may need , also shared kitchen and large garden with lot of flowers and plants . Nadine is a wonderful host , she provided us with lot of useful information upfront our visit . Though we don’t speak French , but we managed to communicate with Nadine quite well . She served us delicious breakfasts with fresh pastries , fruits , yogurts and omelets . We would love to come back there , it was a true gem place !

This is a perfect place to stay to visit Mont Saint Michel. Just behind the main house is a path along a river that leads right to it. It would be a bit of a walk but is an easy cycle. They provide bikes for 1 euro each. If you need a lock it is 10 euro (not sure if refunded when lock is returned). We brought our own. The cabins are spacious and en suite. The staff have excellent English and gave us good suggestions on where to go in other areas during our stay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Aligator Park is also within walking distance and would recommend too.

Wonderful hotel walking distance from mount st Michelle. There is also a shuttle that leaves you at the mount free of charge. If you are at this hotel parking is free and you enter the zone with a code with no problem. The rooms are big and the bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended

We chose the hotel based on reviews, but it was a disappointment. The room was very sparsely furnished. The bathroom was old and uninviting. The room felt chilly and cold. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is "under construction." I give it a 5.5.

We stopped in Ceaux to visit Mont Saint Michel. Attracted by the good deal, we booked in Ceaux, then we saw that we could also book closer to our destination. But it worked out just fine for us.

A lovely little hotel with very friendly owners.

A lovely little hotel with very friendly owners. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh fruit salad, three homemade cakes, and delicious croissants. Parking is available on the premises, and a good restaurant is within easy walking distance (5 minutes). We highly recommend this hotel.

The only interesting thing is that it's a quarter of an hour's drive from Mont Saint Michel and offers panoramic views of the mountain from the bay, for example, from Roche Torino, which is stunning at sunset. Be careful, restaurants close at 9 pm, and at the end of August, some were closed.

We were staying there as a base for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel. It was a bit far to avoid the crowds, but not too far to avoid wasting time on transport. However, there were no restaurants in the town, apart from a very mediocre food truck.

Very helpful and friendly owners who worked really hard to meet all their guests' requests. Good cycle storage. Rather stylish clean and comfortable bedroom. Hot evening meal provided on request -not fancy, but still tasty casserole dishes with bread. Hotel bar with local cider. Pleasant conservatory eating area. Good breakfast.

We received a warm welcome from the owners (a multi-lingual Husband and Wife team). They were very informative about their services and the local area and very accommodating. This was a very well run hotel. You can tell that the owners enjoy what they do and they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommended!
