The room was huge, with a large bathroom and directly off the main terrace. There was a large window with a nice view of the neighbor's garden and skyline. We enjoyed watching the hot-air balloons flying over from the window. The property was quiet even though other guests were staying there. We enjoyed talking with the host and other guests at breakfast. It was convenient to travel to the different chateaus and then return for the night. A market/ grocery store is nearby to pick up anything you may need.

Our stay was off to a bad start as we were given a smoking room with disgusting smell. But we called the reception and they gave us another room and that one was perfect. From then on we enjoyed every moment. The room was clean, modern and spacious enough. The location of the hotel was excellent - walking distance to all the attractions and the bars / restuarants. The parking while not on site, was close enough and had good price. The staff especially in the afternoon / evening were very friendly. Fantastic value for money and a perfect hotel to spend a few nights in lovely Blois.
