Room larger than it looked in the photos. Very comfortable, light and airy. Overlooked main square which was quiet. Lift access in renovated old building. Hostess lovely, helpful and friendly and went out of her way to satisfy. Secure bike storage in garage next door. Plenty of restaurants in town. Large flatscreen TV. Good air conditioning but we really didn't need it; there was cool air from the windows.

The hotel is located a bit in the mountains, but easily accessible by car (or a bike, if you’re strong enough). Our room was very clean with an exceptional view on the valley. Food is very good and home made with rather impressive portions (we couldn’t finish even though we have a good appetite). Hosts are very nice too!

A quiet village. Be aware that shops close on Sundays and Mondays and have slightly different opening hours than in Italy. In any case, the location is close to Embrun, a town where everything is located.

A lovely little village where we enjoyed the Restaurant La...

A lovely little village where we enjoyed the Restaurant La Forge, which I highly recommend, as well as the baker/pastry chef who makes 100% sourdough bread and whose shop is well worth a visit. The small Tuesday morning market, though small, offers fresh vegetables, as does the grocery store, Les Lys. Highly recommended for its peace and quiet.

The house is decorated with great taste, the owners are exceptionally kind, the breakfast is great, the only slight drawback is that access is not the easiest, especially when leaving, the road leads onto a main road in a very dangerous bend.

It was a lovely, complete house!

It was a lovely, complete house! Fully equipped and so spacious! There's also an extra toilet with a sink downstairs, and a shower with a separate toilet upstairs—really nice! Downside: it was way too hot at night. Two bedrooms don't have windows, so you can't air them out, so air conditioning is absolutely essential!

It's a secluded but very peaceful place, where the foxes and hares bid each other goodnight. The food was very good and plentiful. The access road to the property is unique, partly a single-lane road like those found in the Alps. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the village. I'd like to see that next time.

A very lively village with friendly shopkeepers offering...

A very lively village with friendly shopkeepers offering quality products. A particular favorite is the bookshop, which sells secondhand books in excellent condition at low prices. There's also a grocery store with local products and a bakery with delicious bread. A hike to the Pisse waterfall is located above the village.
