A pleasant, human-scale town with plenty of walks (streets, parks). A popular shopping town, also known for its restaurants and crêperies. It's a shame the thermal baths near the theater weren't renovated instead of the ones that exist today. Numerous starting points for hikes.

You have to love nature and wildflowers.

You have to love nature and wildflowers. Apparently, you have to wait until May for more restaurants. But we enjoyed "La Potée," which was excellent in both quality and price. The Sunday market is very interesting; supermarkets are adequate. Beautiful buildings.

It's a shame it rained so much.

It's a shame it rained so much. We couldn't enjoy the scenery or the town. We'll be back. Highly recommended: the pizzeria "Pizza et Basta". Exceptional service, very good value for money, and the pizzas were divine and beautifully presented.

Well-equipped with shops, a fairly comprehensive Sunday morning market, and small but very pleasant thermal baths. Close to numerous tourist and cultural sites (Riom, Clermont-Ferrand, Volvic, etc.) and many hiking trails of all levels within a half-hour drive.

The small town is charming, and the trails are very accessible for walking, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature. The mini spa treatments are very beneficial. Riom and Clermont are very close by, and with a car, you can easily travel between the city and the countryside. A very pleasant stay.

Location is fantastic being right in the middle of pretty spa town. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The manageress was particularly helpful when we arrived and allowed us to use her garage space as the road was filled by the night market. The hotel is very dated but is quirky and nostalgic. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everyone was so friendly and the owner Robert made the stay a pleasure, a bit like faulty towers with his joking a very pleasant man and we will be staying here again in the future, not only was the hotel very good the town was beutifully presented as well.

Nice location in Spa region. Close to Volvic Water source. Traditional Hotel with lovely ambience. Central location close to good restaurants (Pricey) and Burger or Pizza. Lovely room and Breakfast Lucky with Free parking outside as weekend.

Good breakfast, comfortable room and beds. Very quiet and older host at reception was very friendly and kind rally lifting this hotel that seemed it had had its charm in the old days. Location is wonderful.
