The location was great. In the proximity pf PER B (800 m) and Bus station outside. Fine and quiet appartement inside a residance. Very cosy and quiet. Professional landlord, with great communication and directions. Fully equipped and everything to have a wonderful stay there. Higly appreciated the very convenient bed. Location: actually, the location is about 30m walking to Eiffel tower, it is quite far a little bit but the price is okay for Paris. because everything in Paris is quite higher than others places. you can go to the top to see the Eiffel and drink coffee. This area also very quiet. I like this, no need too noisy. It is also near restaurants and coffee shop for France style breakfast. this area is also easy to take Uber/taxi for going. It is near the subway station if you want to go public transport. Facilities: new, specially the bed is very comfortable. Staffs: they are very friendly.

Location was great for what we wanted on our trip.

Location was great for what we wanted on our trip. Tram stops right outside, easy to commute from there to metro. Only meal we had at the hotel was breakfast, which was basic but tasty. There were some food shops within walking distance and a patissier/pizza place which was good. There is also a Burger King and McDonalds a tram ride away.

The hotel was truly interesting—historic, with heritage, and a very unique concept. However, we must understand that in historic buildings, not everything is as it is in new ones. Therefore, you should be prepared for some lack of modern comfort, as the heating system, creaking floors, and even the scent may not meet the standards of the newest hotels. But in any case, I recommend it because only in such hotels can you truly feel like a part of history.

Ŵe've staÿed several times òvernight. Brilliantly thought out for short stays where every detail ĥas been carefully designed around their "typical" customer. e.g. one of the rare hotels with power points placed in accessible places.
