    Beautiful house and wonderful, friendly & accommodating hostess who thankfully could speak in English. Lovely well cared for garden to relax in. Private & secure parking. Great location for visiting chateaux and great cycle paths & roads.

    Arrived at Les Lavandes to find they no longer existed and had ceased trading 6 months before. Messaged them twice but had no response. Had to find alternative and more expensive accommodation in another hotel. Booking.com was useless too, telling me twice they were in touch with the accommodation and would respond in 30 minutes. They didn’t and responded almost two weeks later telling me to contact the accommodation.

    The room was on the ground floor and easily accessible when carrying a lot of luggage.The evening meal was good, (although not "gourmet standard"). All the staff were very friendly. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There was plenty of parking.
