Fantastic accommodation with great hosts. The building looks new, simple and nice. The room was really big and with garden views (so relaxing). The bathroom with the shower had a skylight which gave a fantastic light in the morning. Free parking. It is a 10 minute walk to the lake and the old town. Also near to Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo, Cancale... Very complete breakfast, and, what's more, tasty and homemade (delicious cakes, crepes...). Luciné and her husband are fantastic host: friendly, with the best recommendations and great chefs!! Merci!! I have no doubt that I will stay in Maison de Luciné when I visit the area again (hopefully soon)

We had a wonderful time in Breizhidence! Such a magical place and perfect to relax. The Host(s) (🐈, 🐶) were super kind and friendly. Everything was very clean and sightseeing spots were good to reach by car. Breakfast was very tasty and made especially for us. All in all a highlight of our roadtrip through France.

Lovely short stay village, the chateau was amazing and the staff, especially Julie,who had only recently started but her knowledge was 2nd to none . A lovely village setting with idyllic ancient and medieval look houses, some good restaurants, a stopover for two days will ensure a good walk around the lake,and a must do meal in restaurant du Lac.

A fortified castle perched on its cliff overlooking a steep Breton village, one of whose approaches runs alongside the tranquil lake contemplated by Chateaubriand—a delightful discovery. Dinner at L'Hypothèse near the church: excellent food and a warm welcome!

A very cute little village.

A very cute little village. Quite a few shops for a small town of this size. A beautiful church in the town center, a lake, a castle. I think this town could be a good place to stop over or visit.

Combourg is a pretty little Breton town.

Combourg is a pretty little Breton town. The bread from the bakery on the square is excellent. Combourg Castle is lovely to see. We were able to take our small dogs for a guided tour, and two bowls of water were waiting for our furry friends at the exit. Our guide was fantastic... An exceptional park despite the drought...

The hotel is in a great location in a beautiful town.

The hotel is in a great location in a beautiful town. If you want to stay overnight, make sure you get a room on the first floor, so you can safely escape via one of the two staircases in case of fire.

Combourg is more of a small town than a village.

Combourg is more of a small town than a village. It has a weekly market and numerous shops, complemented by a shopping center (Hyper U, Lidl, Intermarché, etc.). There's a beautiful, romantic castle to visit, a lake, and a train station. It's a peaceful place, not far from more touristy areas, and has cycle paths.

The hotel was nice and clean, the location is wonderful! Great views onto the lake and within walking distance of Combourg. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food cooked by the owner's husband was delicious and of such high quality. We would definitely recommend stopping over, even if it's just at the restaurant. A place we'd all love to come back to.

A lovely host, great vintage / antique interior and great crêpe breakfast. Location was great, in the Main Street of Combourg. The snooker table is fun and the outside area is good to read a book. We had a great time and would definitely book again one day!
