I spent 4 nights here, and enjoyed myself very much. Magalie was there to meet and greet me, and showed me round, which proved to be perfect for my needs, with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It was located up a steep hill, about an 8 minute walk from the sea and a number of restaurants. It was very well equipped, fully self-contained, almost brand new, with everything I needed, and indeed more than in similar accommodation I have experienced elsewhere. Above all, it was exceptionally quiet. With a lawn out front where cars can be parked, it was also good to sit out in the evening, with garden furniture (and barbeque) also supplied. The only inconvenience was that the nearest shopping was a little too far for a convenient walk, but Le Treport had all I needed, including a particularly good fish market, open every day, through the day, with parking by the front door.

I loved it. Beautiful old houses.

I loved it. Beautiful old houses. The Briançon manor house is as beautiful and well-maintained as ever. Lovely walks in the village and around the manor. We ate at the restaurant Le Pour Koi Pas, which had been recommended to us, and we weren't disappointed. It's best to book ahead.

A pleasant and quiet coastal town with amenities. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher shop, a bank, and other shops are available. There are lovely places for walks. The beach has a lifeguard.

I wouldn't recommend it as a beach resort, as the beach is entirely pebbly. It's nice if you're looking for peace and quiet and enjoy a bit of walking. Also, dogs aren't allowed on the beach (not year-round).

Criel-sur-Mer is a small town.

Criel-sur-Mer is a small town. It boasts a beautiful town hall and a very pretty castle. Shops and a petrol station are available. A short stroll is definitely worthwhile.

We initially looked at Dieppe or Etretat, but many places were fully booked and extremely overpriced. This is a really good alternative. We enjoyed our stay. The rocks and little beach huts had a certain old-world charm. There was a family collecting shellfish for dinner. It was so wonderfully peaceful.

Welcoming and extremely attentative staff, a credit to the hotel. Room was clean and an excellent view from the balcony. Offered a larger room as my wife is disabled which was pleasantly unexpected however room we booked was suffice for our needs. Good location for quiet rest but close to Dieppe etc. My thanks to all the staff especially the lady on reception who really went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable.

We arrived around 21:00 after a delayed trip. The bar was closed, however, the gentleman on Reception opened up the bar for us and within an hour, he had around ten other guests all enjoying a drink. Breakfast was superb. Unfortunately, we had an early start so were not able to explore the rest of the hotel or surrounding area. We were travelling by motorcycle and the car park under the hotel was relatively secure. Nice place!

Very helpful staff in this quiet , very clean hotel . Balcony looked across the fields to the sea. Excellent cafe / restaurants a short walk away by the sea . Room was comfortable and spacious . The wifi was free but temperamental. Lovely buffet breakfast at the same price as other hotels we stayed in on this trip. The lift and parking were a bonus.
