The property is very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Good bathroom and shower. Nice little touch such as cold water, orange juice and biscuits provided on arrival. Access to the garden is a bonus and very relaxing. Your host Isabelle is fantastic, she is readily available should you need anything and will help you navigate your way around Clisson and the local area should you need it. Location is ideal for visiting Clisson it is only a very short walk via the river path to the Chateau, the attached photo is taking from the garden looking towards the old Templar church in the village

Great breakfast, served in the hotel bar. Great service. We really enjoyed the evenings entertainment which took place on the terrace, great food and music. Lovely friendly atmosphere. The setting of the river and waterfall added to the delights of the evening.

This was a continental buffet style breakfast with an excellent choice and many things to eat - meat, cheeses, cake, cereals, different types of bread, yogfhurts, fresh and dried fruit etc. The coffee was particularly good. We had a lovely one-night stay at La Chaignaie. Marie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. The room was pretty and clean. The breakfast was like a banquet and everything was delicious. Extremely recommended!
