We can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. We loved our suite with 2 rooms and pull out sleeper sofa. The restaurant and bar onsite were great and affordable. The RER A line is around the corner so a quick 15 minute train into Paris centre. A large shopping mall across the street with everything you need and lots of small local restaurants near by.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and with a variety that truly exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, just a minute’s walk from the station, which made exploring the area super convenient. Highly recommended!

Our host, Damien, was so nice and interested in us. His daughter's piano playing in the main house was a bonus since she's really good ;). Damien saw to all our needs and went out of his way to create a parking space for us since we'd forgotten to let him know we have a car. He also didn't mind making space for our daughter to lie down before check in time, as she was feeling ill. There were also comics for the kids. There are many restaurants close by - we found a Ramen place that was a winner (especially because it had air con!) Travel into Paris by bus is and underground is easy enough.

The AC unit in my room did not work.

The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air. The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store. The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

A pleasant, well-maintained suburb near Paris, offering a normal, pleasant life inhabited by normal, pleasant people. It's not a tourist hotspot, making it a good base for exploring Paris and the surrounding area on a budget.

The house was very welcoming, very well equipped, with a good layout and design. It was very clean overall, just as it appears in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and everything was close to the house, including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.

The town is divided into two parts: a pleasant residential area and an ugly, heavily urbanized area that feels unsafe. It's not recommended compared to other nearby towns in the Val-de-Marne department, such as Nogent-sur-Marne, Vincennes, and Le Perreux-sur-Marne.

A pleasant studio apartment, despite its modest size, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay while traveling for business. The value for money is unbeatable in the Paris region. I recommend it.

We didn't like having to climb five floors because the...

We didn't like having to climb five floors because the elevator was broken. They only cleaned once during our four-day stay. They didn't provide any toiletries. What I did like, however, was the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. I also appreciated its proximity to public transport, which is important.

I liked the staff very much especially the girl with glasses at reception desk and the girl at restaurant who takes the plate’s away. The mattress was good, the free coffee on the lobby was so welcoming, and especially the small heating was everything to me because I had to walk on rain so I was hugging the heating all the time hahah. Check in and check out was so fast and I loved that. I would like to visit again this Hotel

The apartment is located in a quiet area "Fontenay-sous-Bois", near you can find funprix supermarket (in the building with "Le Kosmos") and small shop near the entrance to apartment which works in later hours. You can park free at the "Bowling de la Matène", but be aware that it is closed at night when bowling center is closed, so you should park somewhere else if you plan to drive in early morning.
