The room was excellent so was the breakfast was amazing. I got scammed twice from scammers hacking the booking.com app. it was impossible to contact booking.com and report it. The hotel were absolutely fantastic and told me it was hackers and not them contacting me. I really hope booking.com is reimbursing the hotel for the wage cost for all the additional resource it is taking them to deal with an issue which is nothing to do with them. Booking.com you need to make it easier to get to customer support as AI is not good enough.

The owning couple went above and beyond to ensure myself with 3 children had a great stay. I couldn’t find a taxi to take us to and from the station, given it was the busiest weekend of the year, so they drove us there and back without hesitation. They were both really friendly to my kids.
