lady (owner) was very welcoming to us. decoration and the house is very cosy and you really feel like you are in one of your relatives house. breakfast was more than enough and kids like it since including chocolate milk and kruvaisant :) everthing was very clean and tidy, we liked the place a lot.

The location was fabulous, both quiet and scenic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. The evening meal was the best i've had in a long time and breakfast was large and varied with alot of local cuisine.

Hotel du Parc is every bit as grand when you get there as it appears in the photos. (Sometimes, hotels from this era can look a bit jaded in real life.) It is well maintained, beautifully furnished, and the rooms have genuine history, with famous people having stayed there. We dined in the hotel's restaurant and were not disappointed: the cuisine and service were excellent. So the hotel actually exceeded our expectations. And there's free parking on site, too.
