We loved everything here. What a beautiful gem of a place. We wished we could have been staying for a few more days. The decor is divine. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a veritable French feast. Claudine our host is a real treasure.

Nice spot if you're interested in some walks into the woods, a welcoming change from GR34 on the coast... Restaurant options are limited in late September, but you have the chance to go with the locals. We met more French tourist than anywhere else in Brittany.

Lovely small French Village/town with some life in it.

Lovely small French Village/town with some life in it. Unlike most small places, you can get a coffee or a drink any day any time (early until about 22:00 hrs) somewhere. Small, so everything is easy walking distance from wherever you park in the middle. Main economic activity is catering for French tourists with excellent walks and cycling routes. Lots of creperies and enough other things of interest to keep busy for a couple of days locally. Most people speak basic English Market day is Thursday morning - mostly food but a few cloths and plant stalls as well. Two or three reasonable restaurants in town (not Michelin quality) with one budget option. If you are driving, quite a few places worth visiting too within an hours drive.

The house is opposite the lake and our room had a fantastic view. The beds were very comfortable, shower hot and everywhere clean. We were welcomed on arrival and our bikes were housed in a locked shed. It was only a short walk into town for an excellent meal. Breakfast was all we wanted with scrambled eggs and plenty of jams. Possibly the best place to stay in Huelgoat.

A Nice and quiet place, we enjoyed our stay. It's a 15 min Bike ride from Huelgoat and it was perfect for us as two friends because of the 2 beds. The Hosts were helpful and the value is great for the cost.

Great b&b in the centre of Huelgoat. The hosts, and their collie were very warm and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious with lots of great local produce all carefully prepared for you. Perfect.
