Bright and clean and well decorated. The kitchen well equipped. Everything works well in the bathroom. It was quiet during our stay, little traffic noise. There is a small supermarket very close and open late on Sunday. Parking just opposite the house.

I didn't expect such a good place. From the street, the hotel looks quite ordinary. From the courtyard, however, it's a low-rise complex with a very atmospheric atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a shower. An additional advantage is the electric heater with electronic drying and rapid heating programs. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, as described, but there is a room with a refrigerator, where everyone has their own space – a very nice feature. Cold, hot, and sparkling water are available free of charge – there's a dispenser from which you can refill as needed. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are also provided if you want to make yourself something to eat. You can also order breakfast. Bikes are available for rent – both electric and classic. There's also a charging station for cars (AC). Of course, there's also a heated outdoor pool – it's not very large, but sufficient. The staff is very helpful and friendly – their dedication is evident. This place is highly recommended.

The town itself is quite small.

The town itself is quite small. One Bistrot with limited opening times, a small mini market, Boulangerie and a Pizza place. There is a large supermarket 8 km away and plenty of eating places in the surrounding villages. Typical narrow winding streets, not a tourist attraction in its own right, but very close to many.

A beautiful property to stay at.

A beautiful property to stay at. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation was very good and the bathroom and shower excellent. Had a good choice for breakfast and we did not have time for the pool unfortunately. A wonderful experience

A small town 10 km from Blois, home to the Château Royal. The village is quiet, has a small market, and is close to the cycle paths that run along the Loire. Staying in Huisseau sur Cosson means a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life; therefore, you'll need a means of transportation.

Well located for visiting the surrounding castles.

Well located for visiting the surrounding castles. Very quiet. We received a warm welcome at Bistrot d'Eugénie even though the kitchens were closed because the establishment "Bistrot d'à Côté" (Montlivault) had forgotten our reservation.

Ideally located for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux, the main ones being within a 40 km radius. Be aware that the roads are narrow. There's a very good pizzeria nearby, featuring local produce. But our host is an exceptional former restaurateur. The Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's former residence, is a must-see!

The cottage is well located for visiting the Loire Valley...

The cottage is well located for visiting the Loire Valley castles. The welcome was very good; the breakfast was generous; the indoor pool was very pleasant, however this duplex is nice for a short stay but not comfortable enough for a 5-day stay because the bedroom is too small and poorly ventilated due to the skylight which cannot be opened if its shutter is down.
