The room was phonic isolated and had a nice view over the hill behind the hotel. It was luminous, clean, with confortable beds, sheets and pillows, and with a kettle with coffee&tea, TV. The room is decorated in an beautiful asian style, and had a modern bathroom. Toiletries were provided- tooth brushes& paste, cotton buds& wipes. Very good breakfast, with a wide range of products; milk, 3-4 types of yoghurt, coffee machine for different types of coffees, various breads, pastries, ham, cheese, sausages, omelette, fruits, cereals, rea, jams, etc. The parking area was big enough and accross the street there is a Lidl were you can quickly charge the electric car.

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are very nice. The staff are extremely helpful, they were very kind to my 2 little girls and gave them a little duck to play with. The breakfast is good too.

Considering the amount of UK travellers using this hotel the...

Considering the amount of UK travellers using this hotel the receptionist on arrival had no command of English, I accept this is something we should not expect bu it did create check in difficulties. The next morning receptionist was much better and we could communicate with him much better and he was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast offering was not as good as we have had previously had at this hotel. No fresh cheese but only a mass produced cream cheese. Yuk!

We have used this hotel before - for a stop over en route to somewhere else. It is approximately 2 hours from the tunnel and close to the main road which makes it an ideal location for this purpose. The hotel is basic in terms of what it offers but this is to be expected - it is a budget hotel and very very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, the bedding was nice quality. Overall I would say this represents great value for money. There are two nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast but we didn’t take the option so can’t comment.

Great for an overnight stop before getting back to UK. Staff are super friendly, good restaurant opposite, v similar to Ask in the UK. Expected just an industrial estate so pleasantly surprised it was a nice residential area further up.

Great for motorway access.

Great for motorway access. Easy travel by local bus into the centre of Rouen for less than 2 euros . Secure parking overnight - locked gates. Quite location despite being near to major roads. Great family team hosts.

Perfect for an overnight stay a couple of hours from the Cannel Tunnel and heading south.. The only gripe is the overhead third bed which we hit our heads on several times. There was plenty of room for it to have been located on the floor plan.

Don't hesitate to ask the team for information, they gave valuable advice. Don't hesitate to visit and treat your family to the restaurant Le Comptoir du Malt, a very beautiful place with a superb welcome. Also, take advantage of the activities around the town; it's a dynamic and welcoming place.

The hotel had everything we needed for our one night stay en route to the south of France. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have time for breakfast unfortunately, as it looked great, and very good value. it is very convenient to the motorway.

The owner makes you feel welcome, most other hotels don’t do it anymore, for breakfast you can use eatable cups for putting jam in it, very good 👍
