The Courtyard has gotten everything right. Loved the modern yet cosy design of the common areas and the room. It's not a large hotel but it is packed with all the right conveniences for every traveler. Strong WiFi, nice bar and restaurant and comfortable lounge area. There are plenty of surrounding amenities. With Carrefour just next door, a wide selection of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Lebanese and French restaurants, pharmacies, boulangeries and even a boucherie all within 5-7 minutes walk. Whoever designed the room has thought of everything for the comfort of the guest. The furnishings are of top quality material. Everything is in the right place with aesthetically pleasing custom made metal door locks, solid chairs that don't creak when sat on, a luxurious king sized bed and perfect cosy lighting including a vanity light on the bathroom mirror. Even counted that there are 10 power sockets plus several USB points - a great ratio for this sized room. The icing on the cake is the lovely view of the Rue Ernest from the ceiling to floor window. The full carpet flooring and sound-proofed windows were totally effective in cutting out noise whether externally or internally within rooms. Having said all this, what made the Courtyard complete are its employees. The management must have succeeded in keeping their employees happy because every single one of them, from the chambermaids to the service and receptionists are always willing to help with a smile, patiently explaining the surrounding amenities, professional in their attitude and they deliver efficiently. You will be greeted with a bonjour by everyone you encounter from the moment you walk into the hotel all the way to your room. A special shout-out to Tracé, Taufiki and Pierre (hope the names are correct) who went beyond the extra mile in providing assistance. Tracé spent more than half an hour on the phone to help with a delivery that never materialised.

There are a few local restaurants and good supermarkets.

There are a few local restaurants and good supermarkets. It appears to be a residential area with offices too. Clean and felt safe. 10+ minute walk to the closest Metro and about 25 mins to the centre of Paris and also about 30 mins to Versailles. All fairly easy to navigate. Staff were very, very good - especially for this type of apartment hotel

Issy is a lovely area on the outskirts of Paris.

Issy is a lovely area on the outskirts of Paris. I wouldn't have necessarily chosen to stay here but I messed up my booking and was offered this as an alternative. I was a bit concerned about how far out it was as it's at the end of a Metro line but the connections are good and the Metro is really quick and easy to use. We also used the RER C line which took us straight to Champ de Mars Eiffel Tower. Though trains from Paris are not stopping at Issy so don't use this line to travel to Issy.

very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, very nice neighborhood, next to the train station from which you can go anywhere you want. next to biltoki, an amazing food market to chill at the end of the day

More spacious than expected.

More spacious than expected. Was for 4 but only 2of us but still good open plan space for kitchen, dinning and lounge. Separate toilet to bathroom with big mirror and good lighting. 2 bedrooms and corridor between rooms. Balcony for sitting out. Very secure & Safe in modern building. Downside, one of many buildings all looking the same and altho good lots of security, it was very confusing having keys, fobs and keypad numbers to get into outside security gates, then different to get into building and use of key to get to underground parking. Very secure, if you can work it all out ! Advice, make you get it all written down because there is no welcome pack. Nice local shops/restaurants and tram stations. When you work it out, there are connections to trains/underground to all Paris attractions.

-We used metro line from hotel to the Eiffel.

-We used metro line from hotel to the Eiffel. Line M6 and line M12. Ticket cost is 2,1$ for one person for one way. -You can buy daily ticket for about 13.5$, if you want to use metro too many times. -We used the Batobus to see the sights of the river. Batobus is a boat that stops at 8 stops on the river. You can use this boat multiple times between stops. Tickets are $20 per person. -Car park entrance of the hotel is too narrow to go through.

The hotel is ideally positioned at the centre of 'old' Issy opposite the end of the 12 Metro from central Paris. Nearby are good, well-priced brasseries and bakeries, and a large Monoprix where you can get just about everything. The atmosphère of the hotel is tranquil and the staff are straightforward, friendly and helpful. The breakfast option is a good way to start the day. Not haute cuisine! But it offers plenty in a simple dining room.

Im so happy that I chose this hotel because it is so nice,clean and on a good location..The tram station is in front of hotel..The breakfast is great..I vas very satisfied with room..it was very clean and I felt good in it..We are family with 4 children and we think that this hotel was a BINGO for a trip around Paris..

This hotel is well situated near the end of the metro 12 line. From here, you can explore all of Paris using the metro. For example: Montmartre is on the same metro line. The room was very clean. With a comfortable bed and a room with a powerful shower. All of the staff were polite and professional. Salut

Good apartament for a few days in paris, various bus stops near, metro station 600m away. Located in a aparthotel, but with a private host. We didn't need it, but for those who may want, you can ask for the breakfast. Very clean.
