Liked everything . This is a really good B&B. Everything about it is to a high standard . The rooms have been tastefully decorated and equipped in period style with new , modern fittings in the ensuite . The double glazing Keeps out any road noise . The breakfast is excellent in both quality and quantity and the gardens are extensive and a nice place to relax . The host(s) are friendly and welcoming and the attention to every detail about your stay from the individual parking spot with your name to the complimentary sweets and biscuits on the room first class. If your in this area it’s a really great place to stay .

Where else could you stay in a beautiful French Chateau at...

Where else could you stay in a beautiful French Chateau at an affordable price, other than in France? The whole area is set in magnificent countryside devoid of mass tourism which allows you to experience a piece of real France. Our host Sylvie referred us to a fantastic restaurant very close to Au Chateau where we leisurely worked our way through the comprehensive menu. This area is also an ideal base to explore the many special places of interest like Le Mont Saint Michel and the Brittainy and Normandy coasts. If you are driving, the treasures of the Loire valley are within easy reach. There is also a comprehensive road and rail network close by for visits to Paris or even the South of France for the more adventurous traveller.

The place is in the middle of a very pittoresk village.

The place is in the middle of a very pittoresk village. The castle is newly renovated, rooms are spacious and stylish. Bathrooms (showers with warm water) work well. To travel around Normandie and visit the cost line this a place to be. The owner is creating the true spirit to castle ready to make your stay wonderful. Mine was. I'm ever thankful to Madame Sylvie.
