WE DONT RECOMMAND this place because the owner is not an honest person. He did not send us the code for the key box the arrival day so we waited more than 3 hours in the street not to mention after 30h flight and 2 young kids and with all the luggage.we had to book a hostel nearby which was expensive (last minute hostel in Paris in.july...). It was very stressful situation! He contacted us only late in the Evening for the code and said he would reimburse a part of the hostel but he never did!we are very disappointed and we dont recommand this place at all!

Quiet aerea, with an underground station very near, , so that you have very easy access to the city centre. The appartment is good for two-four persons , the host was nice and willing to help and give useful information Good wi fi access..

The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-...

The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-Bicetre than the reason we had to rebook our 3 days in Paris but more to do with Chambre Dans Grand Apartment Paris 15 who double booked our accommodation despite us prepaying E190.00 in full. We were forced to look for alternative accommodation on arrival as the Owner did not even come to meet us at the apartment as arranged or answer his telephone which was on Voicemail. Le Kremlin is just outside the border of Central Paris. So we had to rebook with Le Kremlin and then cancelled Chambre Dans Grand Apartment which might have been the wrong thing to do. Le Kremlin was fine although far out of the central area where we wanted to be.

Enough space in the apartment for a family of four. The apartment is very well equipped. Metro line 7 is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The owner gave me very good instructions regarding the use of the apartment and for staying in Paris in general. There is a larger shopping center and Lidl 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment.I got the impression that this is a fairly safe, peaceful and quiet part of town.

Very good contact with the hosts. Very nice welcome by Christian. Studio cosy, very well equipped. Everything you need is in the studio. Well connected to the city, close to the metro, easy access to the centre and the airport. A place really worth recommending. If we return to Paris, it will definitely be to the Studio. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Cheap, comfortable, and clean. Great value for money in Paris. The room size was decent and I like how the bathroom was separated with the basin outside. There are some items you can't find in the room (e.g. hair dryer) but you can borrow it for a small deposit (which they will return when you return the items) at the reception.

For Paris this apartment is a very good value for money if you come by car and need to park it in a safe spot (subterranean garage); it is a well-sized apartment that was also very clean (in contrary to some other recent reviewers' experience), with good access to public transport to the center of Paris.

Juliette was a great host! Friendly, easy to deal with and very accommodating. The place was amazing, easy to get around, being close to public transport, great balcony with stunning sunrise & Paris views from 10th floor. Apartment was clean & tidy, everything we could ask for.
