Very peaceful, private and relaxing. I thought the fires might overlook each other but they were all cleverly screened with bamboo so we felt it was very private. The pool and jacuzzi made it feel very luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean and well managed. Breakfast was fantastic and we wished we’d booked breakfast every day - it felt like an extra treat. The people running the place were lovely, very warm and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Although fairly remote, this made it more relaxing. It was just off the main road, which made it a good base for visiting local areas. I’m not adding photos because the photos on the website were very accurate.

Very well organised hotel. Reception was closed when I arrived, but I was given all that was necessary to gain access to my room with no problems. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very good and the room was very clean. Would fully recommend.

We had chosen this hotel for an extended family get-together. We had made separate bookings for each family and so it must have been a bit confusing for the hotel staff. But they received us in a warm and friendly way. Also, a few of our people checked in late and hungry (past restaurant closing time), but the served the hot and delicious pizza from the freezer. We really liked that. The bar / restaurant was spacious and looked very cheerful. It is in a very quiet part of Guingamp and the old city center with its medieval church was nearby, as was the train station.

Excellent location to visit the west of French Brittany, near to the beach, the stores and the Lanvollon city. Costs are low and quality was good while eventually enjoying the hotel terrace between two trips. Rooms are exceptionally very well soundproof ! We had very restful nights following long walking days

Our stay at this B&B was absolutely perfect in every way. You can clearly see that the property has been designed and cared for with great attention and love – every detail is thoughtful, and the whole place radiates warmth and style. The accommodation is fantastic: the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom spotlessly clean and equipped with a full set of quality toiletries, and the entire property is impeccably clean – down to the smallest detail. The towels and bed linen were fresh and wonderfully fragrant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance you could imagine, and the breakfast… simply the best we’ve ever had in a B&B, even after traveling extensively across Europe. Fresh, varied, delicious – a real feast! The hosts are truly wonderful – extremely kind and considerate, always available if needed, yet never intrusive, which is a rare quality. We felt at home, but with top-notch service. The garden and surroundings are magical – relaxing on centuries-old walls is a unique experience. Another big plus is the private parking within the property, which means the car is completely safe. And best of all – everything is even more beautiful than in the photos. The B&B is located in a beautiful, historic, and charming little town, which makes the whole stay even more special. This is truly one of those places you remember and immediately want to return to once you leave.

The location was perfect, right next door to the beautiful lake and very short walk to all the services. The inside was beautiful with so many lovely details. There was parking right next to the property. Soundproofing was amazing, we did not hear a thing. The owners were so friendly and kind! Very good value for money and such a good base for exploring Brittany. Absolutely perfect in every way :)

Sophie and Paul are absolutely wonderful hosts! They reached out to us days in advance and were incredibly helpful not just with our accommodation, but also with restaurant suggestions, sauna information, and more. They even made our dinner reservation for us. The restaurant they recommended was fantastic and we had a lovely meal there. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was new and spotless. The room's door opens directly onto the property's stunning garden, where there’s a table to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. We were able to park our car right in front of the room, which was very convenient. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to the old town. I would absolutely recommend this place!
