Parking in the underground garage was incredibly cheap. The staff was very friendly! The elevator was always very fast. The hotel was clean. We arrived a night earlier than planned, and they immediately helped us and rearranged our room so we could check in very late that night. That was really very helpful.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Incompetent staff, no communication whatsoever regarding breakfast, everything is lacking, they forget to clean the rooms, make the beds, change the towels, empty the trash – it's a complete disaster, a pathetic mess.

This isn't the first time I've booked at this hotel, but...

This isn't the first time I've booked at this hotel, but yesterday I was a little disappointed with the room I was given, which faced the Port-Marly road. There's a lot of truck, bus, and car traffic, and you can hear them all night long. Despite the double glazing, the soundproofing in the windows lets the noise through.

Great location and transport links. Able to get the bus from St Germaine-en-Laye to outside the hotel. Almost door to door! I liked the simplicity of how the hotel worked. Key pad for room entry and out of hours lobby entry. Works really well. The hotel was also quiet.

We stayed there because we had a wedding and the venue was just across the street so that was perfect. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice, when we got there the employee at the front desk was so helpfull and very sweet

It's a lovely and quiet hotel. Room was clean and spacious with a clean and modern ensuite. I liked the décor and the modern look, and feel of it. It is also child friendly, all the facilities worked, reception staff courteous and polite.
