Excellent and clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood (no noise from the streets). Excellent soundproofing between roomsBus and metro station are with8in a 3-4 min walk. Superbly ergonomic room, exactly as depicted in the photos. Very clean room and surrounding areas. All hotel staff is very professional and courteous; with a genuine smile that really made my every day! Everything I asked for (wine openers- iron etc) was ASAP brought to my room, even though I offered to wait at the lobby to get it! The hotel also provides umbrellas for use, which I found very helpful as a couple of days during my stay were a bit rainy.

I loved the fact that room was very warm, it's amazing! The location is very convenient, since it's close to metro and buses. But the photos didn't really match the reality (they were taken some years ago for sure). The room just need a little fresh touch and better cleaning (the floor cover had stains). But overall, it was a nice stay.

Our room was in the first level.

Our room was in the first level. Although there were some noises from the street, closing the window eliminated all of them. The room's facilities and equipment were fine for even more than a one-week trip, as we did. Polite and friendly staff was the other positive point. Comfort beds and private bath.

This modest little hotel offers great rates and easy accessibility to the Paris Metro. There are shops and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to pick up what you need to have breakfast "at home". We also bought groceries to make sandwiches while we were out and about - all you need is a baguette, some cheese, and maybe a tomato! You'll need something to wrap it in - the kitchenette has all the basics, but not that! There's a lovely gift shop on Rue de Paris, right around the corner to the left that has all kinds of artisan items - and very good prices! The museums were selling similar items at a much higher price.

Pre-arrival check-in and payment requirements were annoying. They charge you through a separate system rather than booking.com, which requires a working phone for 3D confirmation. I had to pay for my phone that day in addition to the foreign transaction fee to my bank in the US. Also, what is the point of asking for an ID before arrival if you ask it again on arrival? I found these procedures unnecessarily burdensome.

It is completely falsely advertised.

It is completely falsely advertised. This is not an apartment with terrace, it is an apartment share with your grandparents. I can't think of much on their advert that is true except there is a bed. Do not be fooled by the look of yhe pictures and description, you will be severely let down. How booking.com can allow these lies it a disgrace.

The place was completely enclosed with no ventilation, and the single window couldn't be opened because it faced directly onto the sidewalk. There was no fan, no knife, and no kitchen towel.

Location is really good, and I can say for people who is hesitating, I hadn't any problem with come and back to the hotel. Two steps away is metro, M11 from Louvre - Merto Châtelet to Metro Mairie de Lilas is 30 min. Actually aplication RATP helps in traveling. Also we liked kitchen, coffeemachine, big bathroom, actually quite big room. The linen was clean. Everything was comfortable for us.

The room is comfortable and very large and worth it price quality wise. Spotless clean. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very close to the subway hub and there are nice bakeries around the corner. We had dinner at Bistro Mademoiselle it was excellent. The neighbourhood is safe and multi-cultural. We love it very much. It's vibrant and colorful.

A perfect little apartment just outside of Paris. The metro stop for less than a minute away from the hotel so travel was super convenient. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a long weekend - the coffee machine was the perfect edition to lots of breakfasts in bed.

The two folks at the reception desk were warm and friendly - always greeting guests with a smile; I felt a personal touch that I've never experienced with other hotels where the receptionists are usually professional, but impersonal. This made my experience really stand out.
