Lovely room, lovely quiet hotel in a small village and even though on a main road it was very quiet. The restaurant was outstanding with the food delicious and served by great staff.

Very well equipped and supplied, charming and helpful hostess. Ideal stopover from the alps to the uk, especially for those with an EV as there's a charger at the apartment and a supercharger at the local hotel. Superb boulangerie next to that hotel. No time to explore nearby Châlons en Champagne except to pick up a delicious Lebanese takeaway from the centre, but we'll be back I'm sure!

Great value for money. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, although clearly dating from some decades ago, has been refurbished creating a cosy atmosphere.

They actually gave us a better price for the room compared to the one on booking since we were only 2 people. The room was adequate for a small trip. It is well located to visit several touristic places and also there are several restaurants and bakeries nearby.

What a gem! This motel is comfortable enough to use as a base for longer than an overnight stay, and it’s certain to become our go-to motel when travelling through France. From start to finish we enjoyed our stay. A former Campanile motel, but with a spruced-up feel. The receptionists when checking in and out were friendly and helpful; the member of staff serving dinner was excellent … and we enjoyed a three-course meal (iffy wine, though). Breakfast was well above average, and I haven’t had such a good hotel breakfast in a long time. Dog friendly, with plenty of lawned areas within the grounds (and dog bins/bags). It’s located on the edge of town,and we had a good post-dinner walk around the area (a mixture of residential, shops, services and schools). This ISN’T one of those motels isolated amongst industrial buildings and surrounded by heavy traffic - far from it. I

I left before breakfast but the coffee from the machine at reception was good. I arrived after midnight and could not use the entry screen but after calling the emergency telephone number the young lady came within a few minutes to assist me. I could not thank her enough. Thank you.

It was an easy walk to an artisanal baker.

It was an easy walk to an artisanal baker. Also a good restaurant (which needs to be booked). Châlons-en-Champagne is very close with full services, a lovely town square, bars and restaurants. For cycling it was 2km to the canalside path which gives easy access to rides in the Côtes des Blancs and the Montagnes des Rheims areas which have lovely hills and views.

Its a lovely hotel in a convenient location for travelling back through france to thr ferry. The rooms were a good size and comfy. Restaurant excellent - the restaurant staff were brilliant friendly and helpful. V tasty food a d great value wine The hotel has a lovely pool. We arrived at 7 and asked if it was open a d told it was not. But we saw people still there so used it. Breafast was decent.

We have used this hotel several times as a halfway point to travel down to the South of France as its only a few minutes off the motorway, has a decent restaurant & is comfortable - They have family rooms if you are travlling en masse and a couple of larger Suites if you want a separate sitting area.
