Our hosts were wonderful, great personalities and very accommodating! Margot'te has wonderful decorating tastes both inside and outside our room. There is a nice garden and many places to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. Our room was exceptionally clean and the breakfasts were very good. Great location, close to the beach and the local market.

Superb, modern, very clean, well appointed accommodation with a nice big shower. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and happily stored my bike safely and securely. The best bit were the two hot tubs and amazing patio from which to enjoy them. Slightly out of town but carrefour supermarket and takeaway pizza five minutes walk away. Fridge and microwave and nice coffee machine also available.

Our host was very a comodating of us arriving late, and was lovely explaining us where was the good spots to see and visit in town. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated with private bathroom/toilet each(expect the two rooms dowstairs sharing one) only 2 minutes from the beach and coffee/icecream/shops.

Everything was great – the villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the host, who was incredibly accommodating. The location close to the sea was a wonderful bonus – perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

The beaches away from Mimizan Plage were great, especially the two we visited to the south. Mimizan Plage itself had an uninteresting frontage to the beach, had standard beach resort facilities. But to get to it we passed a huge paper factory, which at times gave off a strong smell.

Good choice of restaurants in Mimizan Plage. Not to far from Mimizan Bourg for bigger shop(s) and a great market. Quiet when out of season, but that is just what we wanted - it would be too busy for us in high season.

A great stop in the Landes region by the sea. A must-see tourist destination, with a lovely cycle path perfect for family outings. However, the town would benefit from improving its recycling infrastructure, which is currently lacking in residential areas.

It's a typical holiday resort.

It's a typical holiday resort. Lots of people, souvenir and clothing shops, etc. The stay was too short for a proper review. There's not enough parking for Mimizan Plage. I'd rather not comment on the restaurant. I prefer the coast further south.

A lovely village, very practical with everything a family...

A lovely village, very practical with everything a family needs. Having Mimizan-Plage nearby limits the number of tourists, which is very large at this time of year. If you want peace and quiet by the sea, this cottage is ideal for you.

Simple but pleasant hotel. Lovely gentlemen on reflection who spoke French carefully to my son who is learning. Secure parking for our bikes. The room was small but clean and fine for three people for a night or two! We didn’t get to use the pool, which was a shame as it looked very nice.

The location was far better than I expected, as I thought it was nearer the papetrie. The pool was better than I expected as it was 8 x 5m and deep. I had toilet facilities near to my room and a sink in the room. It was very comfortable.

Nice and cool accommodation after a very hot day of cycling. Also we allowed in early which was great. We could charge our ebikes directly outside the studio so that was great. A big Carrefour supermarket was about a 5 minutes walk.
