What a wonderful location! The pictures do not do this place justice, tucked under the imposing Chateau on a hilltop village. The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped, and ours had a great view out over the village and the valley. There's masses of parking and a nice shaded terrace for meals as well as an attractive restaurant. The food was excellent, and fantastic value. The owners are charming.

Best Ibis budget I have stayed in. Staff all excellent friendly and helpful Easy check in and check out available til 1230 Spacious room super clean super functional. Lovely hotel, friendly welcoming staff, comfortable room, quiet at night, lift available, good bathroom, air conditioned, even a kettle in room, easy to locate, restaurant open and breakfast delicious. Good value with relaxing ambiance. Great parking for our motorcycle. Would stay again.

A charming little village at the foot of the fortress.

A charming little village at the foot of the fortress. A special mention for the bakery and pastry shop, especially their pain au chocolat. The church is also very beautiful. Less than 15 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay.
