This is the second time we have stayed here, which is probably recommendation enough! As before the couple who run it were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, croissants and home made jams. We were in a downstairs bedroom this time and had no problem with the internet. The shower was fine. There was a kettle in the room. The accommodation is within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. This time we had managed to get a booking at Le Raisin just 5 mins walk away and in the Michelin guide. Access from the motorway is easy. We were heading south on our way to Italy and filled up with cheap petrol the evening before when we had come off the motorway.

Absolute 100% memorable experience. From the moment you arrive you will be met with discreet cordiality and attentiveness. We ate dinner at the restaurant (Chef Frederic Carrion) and were delighted with a burst of flavours and colour. Truely one of the best meals I have ever eaten. I need a separate page to describe each dish. We stayed in the Junior Suite which is spacious and spotless. And wow - what a comfortable bed. A wonderfully memorable time due to Frederic Carrion, his wife and team. Thank you. We will be back.

What a find. Needed a stop over heading back from the South and booked two nights. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, pool was fantastic and the breakfast and evening meal absolutely delicious. Will definitely use this next time we travel South. The whole family really enjoyed our stay.

We had a room for 4. It was spacious with a direct access to the garden. It has been redone recently and is in excellent condition, nice new bathroom and confortable beds. The host family is very kind. Very good and generous breakfast. We stayed two nights and it was perfect for our needs. The possibility of making tea and coffee in the bedroom was a appreciated.

Beautiful property in a lovely village in France. The house and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owners were lovely and went out of their way to make sure guests were looked after and happy. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay again in the future

Pont-de-Vaux is a lovely little town to visit.

Pont-de-Vaux is a lovely little town to visit. I particularly enjoyed the Maison de l'Eau (Water House), the escape game, the museum, the swimming pool, and the Quad World Championship, which is definitely worth seeing. My stay was a bit too short to discover everything, but it's a charming destination where you can combine culture, fun activities, and sporting events.
