Hotel in the village centre surrounded by restaurants, bar, shops but surprisingly quiet at night. Had a good sleep :-) Free public carpark nearby- 2 mins walk Clean, comfortable room. A kettle in the room for tea, coffee. We had a nice dinner in the hotel, friendly happy staff. The lady at the reception was lovely, always smiled and we felt welcomed when we arrived. This was our first time in Les Rousses and sure we would be back. Nice place in the beautiful nature with lovely people :-)

Much bigger room than expected, it was great! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the ladies in attendance were lovely and very attentive. The recommended restaurant, “Au RDV” was absolutely wonderful for its food and service!

Prémanon is a very beautiful tourist village, but in April...

Prémanon is a very beautiful tourist village, but in April most of the shops and the renowned Polar World Centre are closed! For hiking, there are very beautiful marked trails that are not very busy at this time of year and therefore absolutely peaceful: forest, stream, waterfall, etc...

We came during the off-season (All Saints' Day holidays) and...

We came during the off-season (All Saints' Day holidays) and were able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Be aware, however, that many shops, restaurants, etc., are still closed. But the resort of Les Rousses, just a few kilometers away, is very lively even at this time of year. The new Indian restaurant is very good. There are lovely walks in the surrounding forests.

If you're looking for peace and quiet and love nature, you've come to the right place. You're just a few kilometers from Les Rousses and Lake Lamoura, and you can enjoy some fantastic hikes. The Col de la Faucille and the Massif de la Dole are must-sees.
