The hotel was in a very quiet area but with plenty of restaurants withing a short drive or walk away. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the shower was very modern and easy to use. The breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of fruits, breads and pastries, hams and cheeses, cereals and scrambled eggs with sausage. They even catered for vegans with Almond milk. We were very impressed with the hotel and the breakfast options.

Breakfast was of excellent quality, varied and fresh. Dinner too was excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. The cleaning lady respected the NO CLEANING sign on our door even if we stayed in the room until 14.00. She cleaned only after our departure. Beds were very comfortable too.

I don't recommend the room was so tiny even 1-person can't stay. In the room picture they mentioned 3 beds, but it was bunker bed. Travelling was big issue and no public transport available in time and i cont. get uber many times. It was my worst experience.

I booked on the basis of easiest access to return a hire car to the French side of Geneva Airport and cost for three adults to stay overnight prior to an early morning flight. This hotel exceeded our expectations in what it delivers for the price. Friendly and professional mask-wearing staff (I believe Katalina?) who upgraded our room in respect of my mobility issues and (I believe Katarina?) who gave us a wonderful recommendation to a local restaurant for the best pizza ever. The room was clean and spacious enough for three adults, with one double and one single bed. Good shower, a window which opened, a desk, clothes cupboard. Based on previous comments re room size we were pleasantly surprised as the room, the caring and professional service, a very secure gated carpark etc all exceeded our expectations. Airport is a 5 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything would have been perfect except for the faulty air-conditioning. I suggest you check regularly to make sure that all amenities are in order before renting out the rooms. We had an over-all nice stay

I paid for cancellation insurance so I could get a refund, but a month later they still haven't done it. I only stayed one day out of the ten I booked because the hotel was in a very remote location.

We had a corner room on the side with grass, which was a plus. The staff, the beds, and the bathroom were all fine. The noise from the refrigerator at night was incredibly disruptive, which made sleeping difficult. The kitchen was actually in the bedroom, which wasn't so great.

Bad location. In an industrial area. We found a pizzeria that only had takeaway and brought pizza to our room. The pizza was delicious! Very responsive. We heard a lot of talking and when a couple was enjoying themselves in bed. There was smoking in the corridors and the smoke came into the room. The air conditioning did not work.

Very nice included breakfast . The hotel shuttle is a private taxi - to be booked with Kirotravel - 50 euro return trip . Hotel is actually a distance away from airport - but still cheaper than other options . Private taxi was waiting for me -no hanging around for hotel shuttle

Room: Good value for money because for an airport hotel you didn't really need much else as expected. Airport: good location, only issue is not the hotels fault, just the transport to there, lots of transfers. Clean: Clean and well maintained.
