Friendly and helpful team. We were made very welcome. Our room (1) was well-furnished with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the garden. The restaurant menu is reasonably-priced and dishes are well-prepared. Breakfast is continental but with fresh coffee and good quality juice. The wifi signal was good and there is a nice day-lounge on the 1st floor. Note: there is no lift only stairs to bedrooms. Definitely recommended - we will return in the future.

Marie and Pierre were very accommodating and convivial hosts both are perfectionists - nothing was too much effort. The house for 10 people is in a tranquil location set in lovely grounds and was perfect for us a family of 4 with twin 2 years olds. The salt water pool was super and well equipped with loungers and play equipment for children. One of our loveliest stays in France and we have been visiting for 30 years . Thank you for making our stay so fantastique .

Definitely a work in progress gite by Eric. Well equipped, comfortable, wonderful views over the village of Puy l'Évêque and the Vallee du Lot. Very much like going back to nature, WiFi was fine. Great support and advice on enjoying quatorze Juilliet.

Everything felt complete. We stayed in the Stables house and had two bedrooms. The equipment and installations are brandnew. Netflix and Alexa are already installed. The hygiene levels are very high, the gardens, swimmingpool are well maintained. There are several games u can plan (badminton, jeue de boule etc.) Deers walk over de property from time to time. The property owners Tara and Carl are the most perfect hosts, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

This was a second visit to Puy-l’Évêque And there will be...

This was a second visit to Puy-l’Évêque And there will be more as the location of the town is so perfect. Intriguing side streets that you never really feel you’ve got the measure of and each street seems to end with a surprise as a consequence. The only downside is the number of shops that look as if they’ve been empty for a very long time and may never be occupied again. It’s a shame as I can’t imagine that the town isn’t incredibly busy in the summer months and I wonder why they aren’t doing really well!

I was already familiar with Puy-l'Evêque, having spent a week there. However, I discovered a must-see: the Virebent Porcelain Factory Museum. A museum not to be missed! For food, we were delighted to discover "D'un Goût à Lot".

The narrow streets of this old village leading to the water's edge are very pleasant to stroll through. The weight of the past is very present, and the place is peaceful. Two short hours are enough. A good stop on the way to your holiday destination. The hotel's location is ideal for this. The restaurant food was decent but a little disappointing for a Logis de France.

The view from the room was really something special; from right across to the horizon and up and down the Lot. We watched a tremendous sunset. The room itself is pleasant enough! But you spend most of your time looking outside as opposed to around at the slightly basic interior. The dinner was very good indeed as was the breakfast. Genial host who is clearly a great character! The hotel is situated handily for both the low and high parts of this beautiful town and seems very convenient as a consequence.
