It was more than perfect. The owner and her family are absolutely lovely and helpful, the house, rooms and common spaces are beautiful and confortable, it has a nice yard and garden (which we unfortunately couldn't enjoy because it was raining), the sourroundings are like a paradise to discover, and the breakfast was also very good, with croissants and pains au chocolat. We really felt like home :)

We thought the property was amazing, had everything you would ever need and a view to go with it! The pool was big and warm so in it a lot! The downstairs was big plenty of seating areas unfortunately didn’t use it enough as was always outside. The beds were so comfy we had amazing sleeps. The host was very attentive showed us where everything was and was only a message away if needed, had a dog with him when arrived who was so lovely and wanted loads of fuss! The town of Quillan was also brilliant with some lovely restaurants and bars. Pretty lakes on site and near by too.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. A little oasis in the Pyrenees. Different gardens dotted around to relax everywhere. The food was incredible. Great welcome from the 3 sisters. We were only sorry we didn’t stay longer!

Quillan is right in the heart of Cather country.

Quillan is right in the heart of Cather country. The town itself is a bit run down and unkempt but some lovely restaurants and bars and a nice vibe about it. Most of the shop owners must be used to visitors as they all speak some English and most are very pleasant.

We enjoyed visiting gorges, Cather castles and abbeys and walkings and driving in beautiful nature . We ate our dinner at Chamiere hotel and other hotel restaurant that served classic french course meals with very reasonable prices.

A lovely little town, especially on market day.

A lovely little town, especially on market day. Worth visiting alongside other treasures of the upper Aude Valley's heritage. The setting is magnificent in autumn, even if the town's economic struggles are undeniable. This is less noticeable in summer, the season for hikers, cyclists, and activities related to the Aude River.

Ideal location in the city. Free parking right next door. Very well-appointed accommodation. Thank you for the thoughtful touches (tissues, biscuits, jam, etc.). The accommodation is on three levels and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those with joint pain in their lower limbs. Very comfortable bed.

Pretty village, the Terminus restaurant is a must-try, the food is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Shops are nearby, so stop by the tourist office; the lady there is very pleasant and will tell you exactly what to do in the area, depending on your level of interest. There are also many lovely villages to visit in the surrounding area.

Brigitte is a very warm, friendly and welcoming host. The room is spacious and the bed is huge. The summer kitchen is extremely well equipped. 5 minute walk from the centre of Quillan yet really quiet location with view of the surrounding mountains
