On arrival after a long day's travel we had a lovely welcome from Julien with very welcome cups of tea shared with him in a beautiful lounge. Julien gave us some great information about the area as well as a good recommendation for somewhere to eat in Argentan. The room was clean, comfortable, full of charm and well supplied with tea and coffee. Finally breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. All in all a very pleasurable stay with an attentive and friendly host.

What a beauty spot the inspirational hosts have created here. We loved every minute of our stay. We loved the furnished tent and facilities, such attention to detail (and efficient hot shower). We loved the family of hens and animals (can visit them on the other side of the lake) the peace and tranquility of the lakeside and the unforgettable hospitality and kindness of the host. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Amazing Gite, in an absolutely stunning location! The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble! The Gite is immaculately presented with all the comforts you could need! We could have happily lived there! The food prepared each morning and evening was amazing and well worth it (anyone reading this should definitely eat here) All in all we simply couldn’t have asked for anymore! We spent a week at Wildberry and didn’t want to leave! 5 Star, A+, 10/10 We will definitely return!

The room is comfortable and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable bed and good shower Breakfast was excellent. This is the second time we have stayed here and I am sure we will return.

Shops are available; there's a modestly sized park next to the racecourse and a Renaissance-style château housing the town hall; nothing spectacular that would justify a visit in my opinion; the main attraction is the gîtes, which allow for group accommodation.
