Marie-Laure was a great host. She was helpful, friendly and accomodating. The gîte was lovely, comfortable and very roomy. There was a place to put our bikes outside and an outside area to sit and/or eat. The location was convenient for walking around Roquefeuil. We would definitely recommend this place.

We recently stayed at Hotel Le Sapin Rouge and had a truly memorable experience. Nestled in a charming French village, the hotel blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The hotel is situated perfectly in the Quillan, we had a family member in a wheel chair, suitable parking at the back with lift access and wide passages. The rooms were very good, large and plenty of room with the wheel chair. The Restaurant had great food, something different on the menu available each of the 3 nights.

We had the most enchanting stay at Notre-Dame d'Escouloubre! The ambiance was truly divine, and the host's generosity and kindness made the experience exceptional. The property is a haven of tranquility. Enriching conversations, coupled with delicious food, added an extra layer of warmth to our visit. The hot spring in the garden was a delightful surprise, making the property even more magical. Without a doubt, we would return to this amazing place for another retreat. A perfect blend of warmth, hospitality, culinary delights, and natural beauty. Highly recommended!
