The staff where helpful, friendly and very accommodating of our needs, from manager to the staff at the front desk. Are highly professional. I left a bag behind and they did their best to assist me to receive it. From the ladies at the buffet to room service to front desk all are amazing. Definitely an affordable property to stay when in France.

The apartament is very nice. You're about 20 minutes away from the center of Paris by subway and the subway station is very close to the apartament. Also the neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. The apartament offers good value for money and the host was very welcoming.

I booked this property based on its listing as a one-bedroom with a bed and sofa bed. In reality, it was a studio with only a sofa bed — completely misleading. The apartment smelled strongly of smoke upon arrival. The bathroom was dirty, with dust, hair, and grime in the bath, sink, drawers, toilet, and even the toilet roll holder. The fridge was unusable due to a foul smell and visible mould — a serious hygiene issue. We could not store any fresh food inside it, as doing so would have posed a clear health risk. No one should be expected to place groceries in a mould-infested appliance, especially when paying for self-catering accommodation. The condition of the fridge alone made the property unsuitable for even a short stay. If you're looking for a lovely stay, don't let the charming garden fool you. This is a studio — not a one-bedroom — with an uncomfortable sofa bed. We sat on it to contact the hosts about the issues, but the bathroom was far below standard. Despite the poor condition, they expect guests to clean everything thoroughly before departure or risk a fine, which they hold on your card. The threat of such a steep penalty, especially given the state of the property, is completely unreasonable. I was asked to send photos on arrival, which I did. When I pointed out these issues, the host responded rudely, sarcastically asking if I wanted to take pictures of the pipes too. I also sent videos via WhatsApp, but they later claimed they never received them — then tried to enable disappearing messages in the chat. I turned that off immediately to preserve the evidence. We informed them when we left the property and returned the key — which they had the audacity to question, despite having a camera pointed directly at the key drop-off. They could clearly see we returned it. They also messaged saying we hadn’t opted in for a cleaning fee, which was confusing — Booking.

Excellent and clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood (no noise from the streets). Excellent soundproofing between roomsBus and metro station are with8in a 3-4 min walk. Superbly ergonomic room, exactly as depicted in the photos. Very clean room and surrounding areas. All hotel staff is very professional and courteous; with a genuine smile that really made my every day! Everything I asked for (wine openers- iron etc) was ASAP brought to my room, even though I offered to wait at the lobby to get it! The hotel also provides umbrellas for use, which I found very helpful as a couple of days during my stay were a bit rainy.

The apartment was dirty, misleading, and very uncomfortable, with an air bed instead of a real bed. The property did not match the description. The “double bed” was actually an inflatable camping bed that was very noisy and uncomfortable. The fridge and washing machine were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was unacceptable. The pillows were very small and unsuitable for sleeping. The property was misleading and did not meet the basic standards expected.

Quiet environment, room is sizable, bed is comfort, good breakfast, good restaurants just at the shopping arcade next to he hotel. Little bit far from the Metro, 7 to 8 minutes by walking. Will recommend to friends for sure

I felt the area was safe and quiet, I didn't experience any hustle and bustle except for the morning commute. The city center attractions can be reached by metro, but it takes 30-45 minutes.

Romainville is an ordinary residential area on the outskirts...

Romainville is an ordinary residential area on the outskirts of Paris, but quite quiet and easily accessible by metro line 11. However, the parking situation is catastrophic. Please do not choose this location if you plan to arrive by car! You will save yourself a lot of trouble.

Not much to do in the area, rather run-down... Not unsafe, though... It's a shame the new storefront looks abandoned... Still, it's a very nice site to turn into a pleasant outlet mall.

The instant coffee packet that was in the room wasn't...

The instant coffee packet that was in the room wasn't replaced with a new one the next day. When I inquired at reception, it turned out that you only get a free instant coffee packet upon arrival. Nothing is provided for the following days.
