The place is located in a very calm area, the indications to arrive are very clear and it's easy to find. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is private, so that's also a big plus for us, as well as a private entrance.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. A ten minute walk from the ancient city , ideally located in a quiet area , secure off road parking . The room was comfortable and stylish and the outdoor terrace was amazing - large with hot tub . The reception staff met us as we got out of the car and showed us to the room . After explaining the features of the room , including the electronic blinds , she brought us a lovely welcome drink to have with the fruit , biscuits and chocolates that were waiting in the room . The little details and touches are what makes this hotel feel truly 5 star . Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice and again the staff were very attentive and friendly . Breakfast could be taken in the restaurant or in your room . We tried both . We ate at the 2 Star Michelin restaurant on one evening , which was a fantastic experience . The food and service were amazing and it was nice to meet Chef . A massive plus for us was this hotel is dog friendly and they welcomed our little dog .

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. The rooms themselves were comfortable and great but the best thing was arriving to a spectacular view of the castle lit up at night. Parking was easy and it was a short walk to the main entrance the following day. They were also very accomodating in let ting is change our dates at the last minute.
