The main thing of the hotel and the whole Normandy is the manager Kiki🩵 Everything was great - check-in, big comfortable for family room, dinner, breakfast, she even found a barber shop for our son! Wonderful wine list! oysters, lobsters, tartare! Kiki listened to all our wishes and immediately fulfilled them! Kiki is so friendly that we decided to stay one day longer)) This is more than just good service!
