excellent accommodation near the highway, a bit cooler pool, but most importantly it was 🙏🏼 Tasty breakfast with a large selection, we were only surprised by cold pancakes and waffles. Comfortable beds and TV in the room was a bonus during the Olympics :)

We have stayed in the Ibis's before and find them great for the money. It allowed us to stop with our dog, was clean and adequate for our needs. A simple continental style breakfast was included in the price.

Don't go there. Poor, small rooms for two people. One pillow and one towel for one person, even though we booked for two. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Chunks of cheese, no cold cuts, and coffee from the machine.

The nearby botanical garden is well worth a visit.

The nearby botanical garden is well worth a visit. I was driving, and the St. Sever shopping centers were also accessible by car. Rouen city center is 15 minutes away. The hotel is renovated and well-managed, with new private bathrooms.

A wonderful couple, always attentive and available for our needs. I recommend them 200%! They are magnificent and incredibly kind people. We will be back, as promised. It's a shame they no longer offer year-round rentals; otherwise, we would have signed immediately.

Met simple requirements: the bed had to be accessible for a hoist, and the shower had to be wheelchair accessible. That's all there is to it, but the quality was unfortunately lagging behind the times, seriously so.

The rooms were very basic but perfect for a sleep over. No brew kit in your room but there is items in the foyer. Bus stop right outside the hotel to visit the centre of Rouen. Secure parking round the back of the hotel if required at no extra cost. Pizzas were great from the small bar.

Location with secure parking. Quick access to the city by bus directly in front of the hotel. Well located for local craft beers and Italian restaurant just a few mins walk. Lovely comfortable beds. We all slept great.
