We had a wonderful stay at the chateau. This is truly an oasis of tranquility and we felt immediately at home. After the first night we were welcomed by the proprietors’ dog at the entrance of the building and she escorted us to the chateau for breakfast. Breakfast in the chateau's dining room was a highlight, which emphasized the welcoming character of the proprietors. The homemade apple juice was a delicious addition to the meal. The rooms share a cozy living space with a dining area and a kitchen area to be used at your own discretion. In total we spend 4 nights at this establishment and if we ever visit the area again there is no doubt about where we will stay.

Everything was amazing, better than I could have hoped for. The peece and tranquility was exactly what I needed and I found it here in abundance. A beautiful house set in serene surroundings beside a gentle flowing river. The hosts went out of their ways to make us feel at home. We arrived tired after a long journey and were very hungry. Thierry cooked us a wonderful 3 course meal which we ate in the garden followed by a bottle of their wine and their amazing company. We will definitely be back to see Thierry and sylvan, I suggest you visit before the price rises, it is ridiculously underpriced at the moment. A perfect stopover!
