The location, staff, room and breakfast were all fantastic. We arranged drop off of bags and an hour earlier checkin with no problem at all. Any request was met with a welcoming, can do attitude. We also arranged a later check out which was great. Highly recommend this, and it is literally just around the corner from the Pamplona bus drop off point. The manager, Ignacio, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. A double plus rating.

Wonderful warm, friendly and helpful hosts. Beautifully appointed room with stunning views in a great location. Very comforable beds and so quiet - we had a fantastic sleep. Delicious breakfast which included home baked pastries and local produce - loved the local cherry jam! Thank you Roberto and Laurie for a fabulous stay.

It was near the pilgrims office 10 min walk! the views were tranquil. the room was so clean , the bed was so comfortable! i slept for 12hours! just nice to prepare me for the start of the camino. they also helped with my laundry. the breakfast spread was so good, i think it will be very difficult to top this. hosts jenny and her husband was very warm and helpful. they go out of their way to provide the best service.

    Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was really nice. The hotel itself is charming. The room was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The location of the hotel was spectacular being close to the quaint town of Donibane Garazi and within 30mins of hiking trails in the Pyrenees. Bonus: it's also pet-friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
