The location is not ideal but the rest of the hotel totally makes up for that. I would definitely come back, the rooms are super stylish, very clean, the bed is comfortable and the amenities of the hotel are lovely! We enjoyed the pool, the bar and the whole atmosphere.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A special mention to the lovely lady who checked us in—she kindly took the time to explain the meaning behind the art in the reception area, which added a personal touch to our arrival. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we hope she sees this and knows how much we appreciated her kindness. Another standout team member was Nakim, who was always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. His attentiveness truly made a difference. Every evening when we returned, the room had been freshly cleaned, and the beds were perfectly made, making us feel right at home. No request was ever too much for the staff. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station (serving lines 13 and 14) just a 5-minute walk away. This made getting around the city a breeze, whether we were sightseeing or heading out for dinner. Even when we returned after midnight, we felt completely safe in the area. There’s also a supermarket and fast food options like Burger King nearby, all within a short 3-4 minute walk. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its clean, spacious rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable location near the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great! View and balcony amazing. The only negative part is the factory on the other side of the hotel, but there's not much we can do for that one. It's vfm, the area around the hotel is safe and the public transport facilitates things a lot.

3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one,

3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one, 2 days for exploring with Subway / Bolt. I would advice Using combination of subway + Hop On Hop Off for 3 days. There was nice looking restaurants at Area, but we did not have no time to test any! Metro 13/14 was first a little bit confusing, No signs for routes 14 outside.

Easy to move around, lots of shops and restaurants to visit, not too rowdy. Not too far from the city centre. If you already know places to visit for sightseeing or you just want to rest, then I would recommend the area.

Not a Great Experience in Saint-Ouen

Not a Great Experience in Saint-Ouen I didn’t enjoy my time in Saint-Ouen. The area felt a bit run-down and It had a lot of litter on the streets. the neighborhood didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable for walking around. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Pretty suburban place with some very old/worn out buildings like the Ice rink. But all in all a good place to stay with some very good yet cheap (!) restaurants. Way cheaper than Paris centre to stay and to eat

Absolute gem of a hotel! As soon as we walked in the doors we were stunned by the gorgeous relaxed seating area, expansive ground floor and décor. All staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Our rooms were fantastic - we had 2 adjoining rooms and had plenty of space. The rooms were quiet, extremely comfortable and the little additions of the fridge, dining area, seating area, curtained off rooms were much appreciated. We spend 10 days sightseeing Paris walking MILES each day - coming back each night was a real joy.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It had all you could possibly need: kitchen appliances, TV with Netflix, laundry machine and iron, toiletries, a massive wardrobe etc. It is located right next to the most famous flea market in Paris, called Les Puces de Saint-Ouen, and although the area isn't central it's very well connected to the city centre (bus and metro, and night bus ).

Location very good at the end of subway metro 14 and also metro 13 . So 15 minutes to centre of Paris. Shops ( like lidl & carf. ) and restaurants are near hotel . The room is narrow but it is sufficient for sleeping and simple use. The bed is comfortable and the private bathroom is spacious and well equipped. Generally good for price.

Reasonable location, walking distance from Montmatre. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was right opposite the Garibaldi Metro Station, so easy to get into the centre of Paris.
