Been to the hotel for a “3 days at Disney” trip. Location is super close to the park and offers a free shuttle to the park on regular basis. In case you miss the bus you can just call an uber as it is that close! The staff is really friendly and willing to help. The rooms were modern and in good shape. Though it might take a moment to get used to the concrete looking walls. The bed was soft and comfy and the view was amazing to take a look over the parking lot (you’ll never miss a bus). The pool is big enough and is great for relaxing after a day at the park. The built in restaurant was surprisingly good ! Especially the dinner menu was really convincing. Overall had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back when i feel like visiting Disney again! Ill also recommend this place to friends and family.

We were very happy with our stay at Eklo Hotel Serris. My daughter and I thought the hotel was fantastic! Just behind the hotel (about a 2-minute walk) there is a bus stop with a direct bus to Disneyland. The fare is €2.50, paid directly to the driver. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away, with a direct train to the center of Paris. The breakfast was very tasty, with a good selection of both savory and sweet options. The ambiance of the hotel is nice and modern. The room was on the smaller side, but had a clean and well-designed bathroom. A hairdryer is available at the reception. The parking area is large and gated. For a 3-star hotel, I give it a 10 out of 10!

The location is perfect to visit Disney. Next to a nice shopping and bus stop to Disney. The host gave lots of great tips which if you are not local you would not know. Saved a lot of time in figuring things out. The shopping has many options to eat and also a Sea Life which is very complete (it has many species that we did not see in any other aquariums we visited before). I think even to visit Paris would be a nice location, as the train is quite cheap (2.5 eur per person). If you do not mind to take around 1h each way of course. I am quite picky with cleaning and the appartment was spotless. I did not see anything that was needed to be cleaned better. Also a nice touch to have some Nespresso capsules and candy (my son loved it). The days we went were very hot but inside the appartment it was fresh and we were comfortable. I also always felt safe in this area.

Excellent description of where to find the keys, how to use which one, how to get to the yard with the free parking spot. The appartment is clean, the eqippment is fully convinient with everything you might need, very close to Disneyland, Disney is everywhere in the appartment so it gets you really in the mood of being in the world of Disney. Check-in and check-out are very easy, we arrived late at night and there was no problem. The communication with the owner was very smooth and any time we asked a question, we got the answer really quickly. Definitely worth the money.

Pros: The location is excellent—just a 15-20 minute walk to the Disney entrance, two short bus stops away, or a convenient Bolt ride costing only 12-15 euros. Cons: Although I received check-in instructions via email, the accompanying video was quite confusing. Thankfully, I managed to access the apartment and stayed for two nights—arriving after 5 pm and departing around 9 am. One frustrating aspect was the pricing on Booking.com. The final cost was significantly higher than initially advertised, as a cleaning fee of 78 euros, plus VAT and city tax, were added at checkout. The hosts were strict about arrival and departure times and required guests to take out the trash; on my second day, I left at 8 am and didn’t return until 11 pm, yet they still expected the trash to be taken out. Another major issue was the mattress—it was extremely uncomfortable, offering no support, and I couldn’t rest even after a long day. My child ended up sleeping on the floor due to its poor condition. Lastly, the handling of the deposit was problematic. Although the cleaning team needed to access the apartment promptly, I had to reach out to have my deposit released. According to the hosts, they were still assessing for any damages, and it ultimately took two weeks to get my money back, which I found unacceptable.

Excellent location for Disneyland trips.

Excellent location for Disneyland trips. Bus (regular and almost right outside) or train direct (10 minute walk through shopping centre). Bus station to return is NOT the one attached to Disney but outside and around the corner. We were not charged for any bus ride as they would only take cash and we had no euro's - driver just waved us on each time !! Shopping centre has a Primark - ideal to buy some Disney T Shirts and backpack for the day all a quarter of the price of Disneyland. It also has a SeaLife Centre underneath so ideal for kids on a rainy day. Masses of places to eat in shopping centre - nice restaurants (that are not too pricey) through to pastry/coffee bars. Chinese was excellent - two course meal for 2 people @ £35.00. Most open 1000 - 2100. Don't recommend the corner pastry bar close by - very expensive, poor service and not great eats. Head for the shopping centre - coffee so much better as is service. Balcony in apartment so welcome. Comfy beds and clean linen aplenty. Washing machine and dryer so useful. We took only hand luggage (undies and jeans etc) and bought all toiletries and spare clothes there. Saved hours at the airport and hand luggage isn't weighed !! Will save £150.00 each person.

Place seems very nice never felt unsafe at all. I even walked alone at night from Disneyland. Lots of options for food and grocery shopping. Mall was about a 15 minute walk from where I was staying. When I go back I am very likely to stay here again. Was just a 20 minute walk to Disney Village; which a lot of Disney Hotels themselves are that much of a walk as well but staying here was fraction of the cost.

The house was very nice and extremely comfortable for a family. I’m very happy that we spent our holiday there. It was located very close to Disneyland, as well as the Val d’Europe shopping center and the outlet village. The owners were very kind and always available to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely come back again!

The Val D'Europe Shopping Centre is great.

The Val D'Europe Shopping Centre is great. Lots of food choices. And very hand to access to Disney Land. We used Bolt most days, and it was only 6 euro per trip (cheaper than bus) and really quick. Ate at Nonno & Nonna - very tasty. Metro is just at the other side of the shopping centre

Great hotel, super friendly staff, great nature parks around where you can have lovely walks with your dog:) The best feature of this hotel is its location.. Only 15mins walk to Disneyland Paris. Or you can take the free shuttle bus:) And there is a huge shopping mall 5mins away, with a very nice square, and the biggest 2 story supermarket I've ever seen. Overall Val d'Europe /Serris has a great relaxing holiday vibe. Really loved it! And it's very close to the train station which has frequent trains to Paris Centre.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Their shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland Paris is really efficient, and the hotel is really close to the train station too if you're trying to get to the parks at a time between shuttle runs. We got very lucky, as you could see the fireworks from our room. It wasn't anything too special (they were tiny on the horizon), but it made for a nice little romantic extra on the day we came back early for a rest.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Close to Disneyland Paris and extensive shopping centre with great restaurants. Very modern, comfortable, safe and well equipped with everything needed for a great family vacation. Owners were very helpful, welcoming and easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay.
